Prepared months in advance, carefully selected black and white raisins, dates, apricots, figs, prunes, candied orange zest, and candied ginger are gently cleaned, dried, and soaked in a signature blend of grape juice infused with nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.

The fruit mixture is aged for over six months, allowing deep flavour development and natural richness. Baked with pure butter, pasteurised eggs, and fine bakery-grade sugar, this cake derives its rich colour and aroma entirely from natural ingredients—without any artificial colours.

Each cake is slow-baked for a dense yet moist crumb, then rested and layered in protective wrapping to enhance natural maturation and preserve freshness. A true celebration of heritage and indulgence.
